During your initial consultation, one of our attorneys requested the first round of evidence for our review. Once your case is signed, there are additional requests we make to ensure we have all the evidence relevant to your case. Evidence supports your claim with clear records, not just memory. This includes the crash report. Photos of the vehicles or the scene witness information, and any available video. If you missed work, we collect documentation of lost wages. We also request all of your medical records directly from your providers. If you have insurance letters, repair estimates, rental receipts, or any other documents related to the accident, send them to us. You do not need to decide what is important. We review and organize everything. Gathering evidence. Early matters. Vehicles are repaired. Video footage can be erased. Witnesses can become harder to reach.
