Once you are close to finalizing your medical treatment, we review the entire case again. We review how the accident occurred and who is legally responsible. We analyze your medical records in detail, including diagnostic findings, treatment history, and the long term recommendations. We calculate economic damages such as medical expenses, bills, and lost wages. We also evaluate the broader impact of your injuries, how they've affected your daily life, your ability to work, and your overall functioning. This stage may take time. It is very important for everything to be complete and accurate. Nothing is assumed and nothing is rushed. We assess the strengths of your case and anticipate arguments before negotiations begin. Preparation at this stage directly influences how discussions unfold later. Once the evaluation is complete, we prepare a formal demand. In the next video, we'll explain what a demand is, how it is structured, and how negotiations with the insurance company begin.
